Revista Internacional de Actuaría

Meeting place for the actuarial community

About us…

In January 2007 the electronic project Revista Actuari@ was created and placed on the internet along with electronic distribution for those interested in the promotion of actuarial sciences in Spanish.  The object is to promote the actuarial profession and provide a place to learn about colleagues’ point of views.  In addition, Revista Actuari@ offers electronic resources that permit the communication and distribution of information related to the actuarial sciences.

The results of this effort are due to the work of a group of volunteers.  The following lists include some of the actuaries whose work has helped the journal develop and reach its current stage. ¡Thank you!

Summons.  Now you can be part of the editorial team of the Actuarial Sciences Journal Revista Actuari@. Find out how you can participate and obtain various benefits. Even though the period of summons may have expired, new volunteers are always welcome.  Write to editor@revista-actuario.com for more information.

The electronic nature of this project facilitates contact with international actuaries and provides efficiency in regards to the discussion of the actuarial sciences in both English and Spanish.  The use of the “at symbol” @ in the name of the journal is meant to emphasize the nature of the project and avoid gender distinctions. Therefore, Revista Actuari@ can be read as Revista Actuario or Revista Actuaria in Spanish.
